WARSAW. AUGUST 29. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Trade unions at Poland’s second-largest oil refiner Grupa Lotos spoke against the company’s possible merger with the top refiner PKN Orlen. Lotos employees fear the merger would stop investments in Grupa Lotos and lead to layoffs.
