WARSAW. AUGUST 29. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Europe’s largest coal miner, Poland’s Kompania Weglowa, plans to announce a tender for the Silesia coal mine and merge the Boleslaw Smialy mine with its subsidiary Poludniowy Koncern Weglowy in September, according to Kompania Weglowa’s spokesperson Zbigniew Madej, as reported by Polish press agency PAP Wednesday.
