POLAND - The town is broke. It won’t stay that way, though. Nor will it ever happen again. That was Town Manager Dana Lee’s message as about 150 people gathered Wednesday night to listen to an explanation of how the town’s tax break plan with Poland Spring Bottling fell apart.
