MOSCOW. May 21 (Interfax) - Russia is ready to fully restore plant product imports from Poland, but the EC has not yet submitted for approval a list of laboratories authorized to give out safety certificates, Russia’s agriculture watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor reported.
